We take a lot of pride in what we do. We want everyone to enjoy the mouth watering, juicy and very flavorful meats and sides we create. Each piece of meat is carefully selected, seasoned and slowly smoked to perfection for a delicious BBQ meal.
My dad, Lee Fisher, is the founder of Outlaw BBQ and the creator of our delicious recipes. He started out in competitions and held CA champ in many categories, then later opened a restaurant in Big Bear. Now, we are happy to have taken over the business and keeping the traditions alive!
